Send damaged cards to...

The Upper Deck Co.
5909 Sea Otter Place
Carlsbad, CA 92008-1989
Attn: Quality Assurance

Damaged Card Return Policy: Upper Deck will replace damaged cards up to 8 months from the product's release date and until the stock is depleted. No more than 40 cards at a time can be sent in for replacement.

Sportscard Playground Tip: Don't wait to send in damaged cards. Stock is often depleted early, and especially for damaged game used and autograph cards. Insure your package (and/or ask for delivery confirmation) for your protection.

Send damaged cards to...

The Topps Co.
401 York Ave.
Duryea, PA 18642
Attn: Card Replacement

Damaged Card Return Policy: Topps requires a copy of your sales receipt, the bar code from the box, all empty wrappers, and a brief letter of explanation of the damage/problem with the product.

Sportscard Playground Tip: Topps is pretty good about standing behind bad collation. While you have to have proof of the problem (doubles and triples of certain cards, but none of others) and proof of purchase, many of our customers have gotten the cards they needed to complete sets by following Topps' rules. They will also replace more cards at a time than Upper Deck will. Use common sense with your request. Don't expect to receive short prints, variants, or only the better players from a set. Only legitimate problems should be reported. Again, insure your package (and/or ask for delivery confirmation) for your protection.

Panini America, Inc.
5325 FAA Blvd. Suite 100
Irving, TX 75061

In order to replace damaged cards with Panini, you must file a "Factory Damaged Replacement Request" on their website Log in (or create an account) and click on My Acccount, then My Requests. This is the same general way you would redeem a redemption card with them.

As per Panini's website...

" Panini America is able to replace factory damaged cards on a card-for-card basis, while supplies last, and as long as a library card exists. A request for replacements can be made up to 12 months after product release (only). Panini America strongly suggests that you track your package or keep a proof of delivery for all damaged card requests. Panini America is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Any ineligible card(s) that Panini America is unable to replace, for any reason, will be returned back to the customer. A damaged card replacement is not guaranteed. We will not replace entire packs, boxes, or cases. Un-replaceable cards include but are not limited to sample cards, promotional cards, “Re-Collection” cards, “No Purchase Necessary” cards, HRX cards, and cards containing trapped autographs.

Damaged sequentially numbered cards are replaced if an identical replacement card is available. The serial number is re-stamped on the identical replacement card and the damaged card is destroyed to ensure that there is the stated number of cards on the market."

Sportscard Playground Tip: Don't throw away your expired redemption cards! Panini is the the most flexible and accommodating manufacturer, hands down, when it comes to honoring expired redemptions. Provided they still have the card in stock (and this is VERY often the case), they will fulfill your expired redemption.
